Housekeeping Services – What Happens After Payment

Step 1: Needs Analysis (within 24 hours)
After completing your payment, our trusted agent will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a Needs Analysis Session. This allows us to understand your household structure, lifestyle, expectations, and preferred cleaning standards.

Step 2: Specialised Training (approximately 20 days)
Using the Needs Analysis Report, we select and train one of our vetted housekeepers to meet your exact requirements. Training covers deep cleaning, laundry and fabric care, organisation, hospitality, and household management. You’ll receive regular progress updates during this period.

Step 3: Home Induction (10 days)
Once training is complete, we conduct a Home Induction at your residence to familiarise your housekeeper with your home layout, cleaning products, appliances, and routines.

After the induction, you will have a professionally trained housekeeper who understands your space, your standards, and your way of living.

Additional information

Contract Term

Our minimum contract term is 12 months, ensuring stability and job security for our staff members.

Placement

Our placed staff members receive 80% of the total amount you pay, while BellaAndy Consulting Agency retains 20%. This portion contributes towards employee benefits, continuous training, and maintaining uninterrupted service delivery to your home.
Invoicing

You will receive a monthly invoice from us for the duration of the contract, and all payments are made directly to BellaAndy Consulting Agency, as all placed staff are employed by us.
