In 2021, BellaAndy Maids operated like many other domestic staffing agenies-sourcing candidates and matching them to households based on client preferences. However, what set us apart even then was our heart-led approach and passion for raising the standards in domestic work. Although we had not yet established formal training programs, we invested time in coaching our nannies and housekeepers on critical soft skills such as professional behaviour, conflict resolution, quality service delivery, and effective communicate. Our goal was to ensure that every placement was more than just a match-it was a meaningful improvement in the client's home and the worker’s career.

That’s when the mission became clear: to transform mindsets, restore dignity, and professionalize domestic work. Because domestic workers don’t just manage households—they help build them. In 2023, we began to take a more structured and strategic approach to solving performance challenges. Through continued client and candidate feedback, we identified key performance gaps — not only in practical skills but also in understanding client expectations, household dynamics, and the soft skills required to deliver consistent, high-quality service. This led to the development of our signature training program — a curriculum designed to bridge the gap between what clients expect and what candidates were capable of delivering. We built it with one goal in mind: to create a world-class system that exceeds client expectations while equipping domestic staff with the tools, confidence, and professionalism needed to thrive. Thanks to this collaborative process with our clients and candidates, our training program became more than just a skills upgrade — it became a transformation tool. In 2024, we officially rolled out our comprehensive training program, targeting both new candidates and those already placed in households. This was a major milestone — not just in enhancing the skills of domestic workers, but in laying the groundwork for a new standard of excellence within the industry. The implementation phase gave us the opportunity to refine the training curriculum, improve our skills development approach, and evaluate the real-world impact of our program. With this foundation in place, we introduced a Staff Management & Supervision service — a crucial step that allowed us to monitor performance, maintain quality control, and ensure continued growth and support for each candidate. This integrated model of training, supervision, and performance tracking added real value to the domestic employment industry. It increased the employability and earning potential of our candidates, many of whom began receiving better compensation and bonuses for excellent service. More importantly, candidates gained confidence, job satisfaction, and pride in their roles, resulting in longer-term placements and consistent performance throughout the duration of their contracts. Clients responded with enthusiasm — renewing contracts, referring others, and expressing appreciation for the professionalism, reliability, and transformation they experienced in their homes.

By 2025, BellaAndy Maids had evolved into a truly modern, tech-enabled agency — built on a foundation of trust, quality, and professionalism. We successfully built a comprehensive database of verified and fully trained candidates, ensuring that every candidate presented to a client is ready to deliver world-class, premium-quality service from day one. Unlike previous years, where training followed placement, our candidates now enter the workforce already equipped with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism required to meet and exceed client expectations. To further streamline our services and deepen our understanding of household needs, we integrated technology into our processes. We developed and launched an online Needs Analysis & Household Assessment, along with a Candidate Assessment system. These tools allow us to evaluate both the unique dynamics of each client’s household and the strengths and personalities of our candidates. The result? A smarter, faster, and more precise matching process — enabling clients to instantly find the most suitable, trained, and verified domestic staff for their homes.
