Nanny Services – What Happens After Payment

Step 1: Needs Analysis (within 24 hours)
After your payment, one of our trusted agents will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a Needs Analysis Session. This session helps us understand your family’s unique needs, household setup, and preferences.

Step 2: Tailored Training (approximately 20 days)
Based on your Needs Analysis Report, we assign and train one of our vetted nannies specifically for your home. During this 20-day training period, you’ll receive regular updates on your nanny’s progress and readiness.

Step 3: Home Induction (10 days)
Once training is complete, we conduct a detailed Home Induction at your residence. This ensures your nanny fully understands your household routines, utensils, cleaning methods, and daily schedule.

Additional information

Contract Length

Our minimum contract term is 12 months, ensuring stability and job security for our staff members.
Benefits

During this period, you’ll enjoy the full benefits of being part of the BellaAndy Community, which includes consistent service, ongoing support, and staff performance management.
Placement

Our placed staff members receive 80% of the total amount you pay, while BellaAndy Consulting Agency retains 20%. This portion contributes towards employee benefits, continuous training, and maintaining uninterrupted service delivery to your home.
Invoicing

You will receive a monthly invoice from us for the duration of the contract, and all payments are made directly to BellaAndy Consulting Agency, as all placed staff are employed by us.
