Description

Step 1: Needs Analysis (within 24 hours)
Once payment is confirmed, our agent will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a Needs Analysis Session. During this session, we assess your home setup, current staff performance, duties, areas for improvement, and the type of training required to align with your expectation.

Once we’ve agreed on the scope of work, a quotation will be compiled and shared with you for approval. After your approval, we will proceed to Step 2 of the process as outlined above. (The fee paid for the Needs Analysis will be credited towards your overall invoice.)

Step 2: On-site Training (approximately 10–15 days)
We provide on-site training for your staff based on the identified needs, clearly defining their job descriptions and compiling a generic contract for you and your domestic worker. This process ensures your staff understand professional housekeeping principles, communication standards, and service excellence expectations.

Step 3: Evaluation & Certification
After training, we conduct a debrief session with you to discuss progress, agree on goals, and plan an evaluation process for ongoing tracking, performance reviews, and support — for up to 60 days after the training.

Once this evaluation period is complete, we issue a Certificate of Completion to the candidate, confirming that they have successfully met BellaAndy Consulting Agency’s quality standards.
